Esme frowned as she sat on a large rock. In need of hunt, she decided to use a lesser used hunting spot. She didnt mind hunting with the others, but Esme felt like she could focus more on what she wanted rather than worry if they had their fill or not.
Sensing movement a little while away, Esme jumped of the rock and began her sprint. As she got closer, she figured it wasnt a human, but a large buck. Esme paused, and began to quietly walk to the animal, seeing where she could attack it. The animal, sensing nothing, continued to chew the grass.
Esme continue to walk around the animal, all hunting senses alert. Her black eyes thrived in hunger. Finally, Esme crouched down and leaped, easily biting into the thick neck of the buck. Drinking the blood quickly, Esme finally felt refreshed, and somewhat full. She wiped her hand on the back of her mouth.
Eyes a deep golden color, Esme twitched around. Turns out she wasnt alone, as she heard someone running toward her. Crouching down, she waited.
